Central – Wan Chai Bypass Diaphragm Wall & Flyover Demolition

This project is to remove 53,000 m3 127,300 tons R.C. diaphragm wall included D-wall underwater  and 1500 m long flyover at Island East Corridor

 

The demolition process can be separated into 3 parts:

 

Part 1 -  Remove RC Breakthrough

               Volume: 6,800m3 / 16,400 tons  

                within 40 working days 

Site Location :

 Part 2 - Remove Flyover
              Length: Approx. 1500m

              Volume: 25,200 m3 / 60,500 tons

              within 240 working days

Part 3 - Remove D-wall Underwater
             Length: Approx. 1400m

             Volume: 21,000m3 / 50,400 tons
